I PLLED MY 37 FOOT BERKSHIRE MOTORHOME IN FOR A FRONT TIRE CHECK AS IT HAD WENT FLAT. A YOUNG MAN NAMED JUSTIN CAME TO INSPECT THE TIRE. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS A LEAKING EXTENSION VALVE. HE WENT FAR ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE TIRE AND CHECK IT FOR LEAKS. HE WAS SURE IT WAS THE EXTENSION BUT SAID HE WANTED TO CHECK THE TIRE TO INSURE THERE WASN'T A LEAK OTHER THAN THE EXTENSION. THIS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE ORIGINAL DIAGNOSIS AND WAS DONE FOR MY SAFETY!! JUSTIN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, USER FRIENDLY AND A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY. I HAVE OWNED MOTORHOMES FOR OVER 50 YEARS AND HAVE TAKEN THEM TO NUMEROUS FACILITIES SUCH AS YOURS. JUSTIN WAS ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANIES I HAVE DEALT WITH IN 50 YEARS. YOU SHOULD E VERY PROUD TO HAVE HIM AS AN EMPLOYEE. HE NEEDS A RAISE FOR HIS DEDICATION AND REPRESENTATION OF YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE PLACE A COPY OF THIS IN HIS PERSONNEL FILE FOR HIS YEARLY EVALUATION. ALSO PLEASE SHOW HIM THIS REVIEW HE NEEDS TO KNOW THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS APPRECIATED HIS SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO YOUR COMPANY. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING YOUR FACILITY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES DUE TO JUSTIN'S PERFORMANCE REGARDING HIS SERVICE TO ME.
