I am a very long-time customer here and I want to shine the light on 2 of your outstanding service Techs; Steve and Juan (I think?). I had a slow leak in a tire. Within minutes, they removed the offending objects, then plugged and patched the holes. Unfortunately, a stud broke off. Within 30 minutes, a replacement was delivered and I was good to go. But Steve demonstrated to me his knowledge and skills to get the job done quickly and done the right way. He works smarter, not harder. Don't lose this kind talent, do what you have to do to keep Techs like Steve around and in turn keep customers like me coming back.
I feel it is always important to send kudos for very good service. The front desk staff to the servicers in the back have always been kind and professional to me. Answering my many questions honestly and providing excellent service. I will continue to refer my friends, etc to their places of business, I also appreciate very much their manner in which they deal with females when working with their autos. It seems to be a win win situation, thank you.
